Who doesn't love sweets? I mean I am sure they're some insane people out there who don't but like I said INSANE! =)
I started baking little treats for my husbands co-workers, and I always text him about 5 minutes after I know he has gotten to work. "Did anyone eat them?" "Did anyone say they liked them?" "Were they happy?" I go nuts with it! I wanted to be a blessing to them but I truly believe I am the one getting blessed. I just get so happy! I mean if I showed up at work one day and someone brought in some delicious baked goods I would LOVE it! Now I would feel like a fat slob but I would still love it! So here's my challenge, not that you asked for one! This week I think it would be cool if you baked something for someone randomly. Maybe someone you don't even know! And maybe you're saying aloud, Kate I can't bake or Kate I aint got no sugar in the house!lol That's cool! Go buy one! Throw it in a bag and write 'Have an awesome day' on it! Lets be DAY MAKERS! Everyday someone is struggling with something, why not just go ahead and make their day, heck eat some yourself and make your own day! ;)
now is the good thing about blogging that no one is supposed to blog back at you -- or it is that you get to say so much and we get to say so little?! -- ok - sooooooo I have actually been thinking of baking for my - GULP - neighbors -- no, not the ones that poured beer on Nathan and the dog, the other ones who have been distant, but kind. The beer neighbors will come later.....hopefully ;)
